About me
Hi, I'm Stella — the voice and heart behind Stellar Motivations.
I’m a 31-year-old LA native currently soaking up the sunshine and soul of Venice, California. By trade, I work in ad tech. By heart, I’m a storyteller, content creator, empath, Capricorn, and lover of deep conversations, soulful food, and messy, beautiful human connection.
After traveling to over 25 countries, cooking every cuisine from Korean to Indian (I make some bomb ribs too :D), and having countless heart-to-hearts with friends and strangers alike, I realized: I don’t want to keep these stories to myself.
Stellar Motivations was born out of a desire to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and inspired. A space where vulnerability isn’t weakness — it’s a gateway to growth. Whether I’m writing about heartbreak and healing, sharing my favorite foodie spots, or interviewing someone amazing on the podcast, my goal is always the same: to help you feel a little more understood, a little less alone, and a lot more empowered.
I’m not here to give perfect advice or pretend I have it all figured out. I’m here to walk with you — through the valleys and peaks of life — with honesty, sass, and a lot of heart.
